• Cancellations received before Dec 15, 2011 : 50% of the amount due will be withheld.
• Cancellations received after Dec 15, 2011 : no reimbursement.
• Name substitutions received before Dec 15, 2011 will be processed without charge. After this date it will be considered as cancellation.
• All refunds will be processed after the Congress. Requests for refund made after March 1, 2012 will not be processed.
